Service

Huginn Reply provides automated WhatsApp customer-service replies for subscribed businesses. Replies are generated from information the business provides; the business remains responsible for its accuracy.

Acceptable use

The service may only be used for customer-initiated service conversations in accordance with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. No spam, no unsolicited marketing, no prohibited content.

Availability & liability

The service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the month the claim arises.

Termination

Either party may terminate with notice. Upon termination the business's WhatsApp number is disconnected from the platform and its data deleted per the Privacy Policy.

Huginn Social prepares Instagram posts for a business and publishes them on its Instagram professional account after the owner reviews them.

Your account, your content. You may connect only Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages you are allowed to manage, and upload only photos, videos and brand material you have the right to use. You remain responsible for what is published on your account.
Nothing without your OK. We publish only posts you accepted, or posts covered by an automatic-approval setting you turned on yourself. Denied posts are never published. You can edit, reschedule or delete a post before it goes out.
Meta's rules apply. Posts must follow Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. Music comes only from Instagram's own licensed library, attached by Instagram when the post is published; previews in our app are for review only.
Access. We publish through Meta's API with the access you grant when you sign in with Facebook. You can disconnect at any time in the app or in Facebook's Business integrations; we then stop publishing and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Plans and fees. Prices are shown before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time; the service runs until the end of the period you paid for.
Availability. If Instagram or Meta's API is unavailable, or rejects a post, we tell you and try again, but we cannot guarantee that every post goes out at the exact time.
