Who we are

What this policy covers

This website (huginndigital.com), your account at app.huginndigital.com, Huginn Reply (an assistant that answers WhatsApp messages for the businesses that subscribe to it) and Huginn Social (which prepares Instagram posts that the business approves before they are published).

This website

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address and message, and use them only to answer you. The site uses Vercel Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across sites.

Your account

You create your account at app.huginndigital.com with your email or Google, through Clerk, our sign-in provider. We keep your name and email address. Payments are processed by Stripe (card or Pix); we never see or store your card number.

Huginn Reply (WhatsApp)

When you message a business that uses Huginn Reply, we process, on that business's behalf, the messages you send and the replies sent back, your phone number and your WhatsApp profile name, together with the business information it gave us (prices, opening hours, address). We use them only to answer you and to hand the conversation to a person when needed. Messages arrive through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta); replies are written with Anthropic's Claude API; conversation history is stored encrypted on Amazon Web Services in São Paulo, Brazil (sa-east-1).

Huginn Social (Instagram)

Huginn Social prepares Instagram posts for a business. The owner reviews each post, edits, accepts or denies it, and Huginn Social publishes the accepted posts through Meta's Instagram API. You connect your Instagram by signing in with Facebook (Facebook Login for Business). We never see or store your Facebook or Instagram password.

Data we receive from Meta

We do not read your private messages, comments, followers or insights, and we do not post anything to Facebook.

• Your Facebook user ID and name.
• The Facebook Pages you manage and the Instagram professional accounts linked to them: ID, name, username and profile picture.
• An access token that lets us publish to the accounts you choose, stored encrypted on our servers and never sent to your browser.
• The ID and link of each post we publish for you.

Data you give us

For Huginn Social we keep:

• Information about your business (description, tone, words to avoid, call to action, brand colours and logo) and how often and when you want to post.
• Photos and videos you upload for your posts.
• The posts we prepare (images, videos, captions, hashtags, music choice), your edits, and your review decisions with the time and the person who made them.

How we use it

Only to prepare, show and publish your posts, and to keep a record of who accepted what. Captions may be drafted with Anthropic's Claude API from the information you gave us. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and it is never used to train AI models.

Where it is stored

Meta (sign-in and publishing), Vercel (the app), Supabase on Amazon Web Services in São Paulo, Brazil (database and media, encrypted at rest) and Anthropic (caption drafts). Media for posts that are not yet published is shown only through short-lived links, to people with access to that account.

How long we keep data

Contact form messages: as long as needed to answer you. Huginn Reply conversations: while the business uses the service, and deleted when it leaves or on a verified request. Huginn Social: while your account is connected; when you disconnect or ask for deletion we delete it within 30 days. Posts already published stay on your Instagram account; you can delete them there.

Deleting your data

We delete your access tokens immediately and all other data (business information, media, posts, review history) within 30 days, and confirm by email. You can ask in any of these ways:

• In the app: app.huginndigital.com → Conta → "Desconectar e apagar dados".
• On Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → Huginn Publicator → Remove. We are notified and delete your data.
• By email: write to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data" and your Instagram username or WhatsApp number.

Who we share data with

Only with the processors named above (Meta, Anthropic, Amazon Web Services, Supabase, Vercel, Clerk, Stripe) as needed to run the service, and with the business you messaged, which can read its own customer conversations. We never sell personal data and never share it for advertising.

Your rights

Under Brazil's LGPD and the EU's GDPR you may ask for access to, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing. Write to [email protected], or ask the business you messaged; we answer within 15 days. You may also complain to Brazil's ANPD.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the services change. The date at the top is always the latest version; important changes are announced on this page.
