The service

These terms cover Huginn Reply and Huginn Social, provided by HUGINN MUNINN DIGITAL LTDA (Huginn Digital), CNPJ 63.595.733/0001-36, R. Albertino Pereira do Vale, 1357, Jardim Atlântico Leste, Maricá – RJ, 24933-540, Brazil.

Your account

You need an account at app.huginndigital.com. Keep your sign-in safe; you are responsible for what is done with your account.

Plans and payment

Prices are shown before you subscribe. New subscriptions start with 7 days free; billing starts on day 8 unless you cancel before. Card subscriptions renew automatically; with Pix you receive an invoice each period. You can cancel at any time and the service runs until the end of the period you paid for. A launch price stays while the subscription remains active.

Huginn Reply

Huginn Reply answers WhatsApp messages on your number from the information you give it; you remain responsible for that information being correct. It may only be used for conversations your customers start, in line with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.

Huginn Social

Huginn Social prepares Instagram posts for your business and publishes them on your Instagram professional account after you review them.

• Your account, your content: connect only Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages you are allowed to manage, and upload only photos, videos and brand material you have the right to use. You remain responsible for what is published on your account.
• Nothing without your OK: we publish only posts you accepted, or posts covered by an automatic-approval setting you turned on yourself. Denied posts are never published. You can edit, reschedule or delete a post before it goes out.
• Meta's rules apply: posts must follow Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. Music comes only from Instagram's own licensed library, attached by Instagram when the post is published; previews in our app are for review only.
• Access: we publish through Meta's API with the access you grant when you sign in with Facebook. You can disconnect at any time in the app or in Facebook's Business integrations; we then stop publishing and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

No spam, no unsolicited marketing, no illegal or prohibited content, and nothing that breaks Meta's or WhatsApp's rules.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation; if Instagram, WhatsApp or Meta's API is unavailable or rejects a post or message, we tell you and try again. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the month the claim arises.

Ending the service

Either side may end the service with notice. Your WhatsApp number or Instagram account is then disconnected and your data deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top is always the latest version, and important changes are announced on this page and by email to subscribers.
